Our Story

Ombu Grill was established in 2017, beginning with our first location in Salt Lake City, Utah. We introduced the authentic Korean BBQ all-you-can-eat dining concept to Utah, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and the interactive cooking experience that makes Korean BBQ so special.

Starting with a single location, our commitment to quality and authentic flavors allowed us to expand to five locations across Utah, bringing the Korean BBQ experience to more communities while maintaining the same standards that made us successful from the beginning.

The name "Ombu" reflects our desire to welcome guests into our restaurants as if they were entering our homes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone who dines with us.

Ombu Grill stands out with our thoughtfully designed environment featuring table-integrated grills and state-of-the-art ventilation systems. This allows guests to enjoy the interactive cooking experience without being overwhelmed by smoke or odors.

We offer a carefully curated selection of proteins including premium cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, along with traditional banchan (side dishes) that change regularly. Many of our meats are available in both plain and marinated varieties, giving our guests the flexibility to experience different flavors and cooking styles.
